Live Más!
This piece was so much fun.
I approached Zoe at Taco Bell Australia to paint a wall in their new and upcoming Beenleigh restaurant and she said yes!
I worked on creating a design that spoke to the Mexican-inspired menu. Beginning with initial research where the look and feel resembled a Californian brand so beaches, palm trees, skating, and surfing. I used Taco Bells’ brand colours to ensure the art complimented the restaurant space and added to the “live más” vision they wanted their customers to live by.
The word ‘live’ a thick script, slanted upwards to embody the coastal brand and the notion that if we don’t grow, we don’t live. So, with the free-flowing nature of life, the word is placed over a ‘más’ a 3D block, display sans serif to emphasise that we as people should go through life pushing ourselves to try new things, do and be more.
"I wanted to fill the space with more than just food and good vibes. I wanted people to be encouraged in wanting to live más."
